George Russell revealed that he adjusted his car’s settings to match those of his teammate Kimi Antonelli towards the end of the Miami Grand Prix. As a result, Russell gained pace and closed the gap on Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc who were battling in front. Despite a challenging race, Russell managed to overtake both Verstappen and Leclerc, finishing fourth while Antonelli clinched the victory. Russell acknowledged the tough nature of the track and expressed optimism for the upcoming races despite currently trailing Antonelli by 20 points in the championship standings. He emphasized his confidence in himself and his driving abilities, highlighting the need for reassessment in the coming weeks as the season progresses.
